I am dedicating this page to women.  As women in today's world we juggle careers, families, friends and often have little time to devote to our own needs.  While most of us are fortunate enough to have loved ones and friends to talk to about our concerns and frustrations, many of us choose to keep these feelings to ourselves, not wanting to burden the ones we love.  Many women become depressed and burnt out and feel alone.  Loneliness is something we can feel even if we are surrounded by others and it can leave us confused and lost.  Within these pages I will share with you insights, articles and resources for those of you who are having these feelings and my hope is that we can support one another by sharing our thoughts and our ideas for finding joy where it may be lacking.   A wonderful motivational book by Kathleen Hall is a great read for anyone seeking inspiration.   I have also included several links below that you may find useful.   You will find a great deal of information regarding women's health issues at webmd where they have a variety of articles geared towards women as well as a link to a hypertension test where you can receive your own personal score!
